Revising for exams can be a stressful, time-consuming experience – especially if you don’t have a clear plan of what you need to study and when you should be focusing on each subject. This is why Ayoa’s Revision Timetable template is set out as a simple and helpful list, with multiple columns for the different days of the week, and your various revision topics easily being added as editable tasks. By having your timetable set out in this visual, linear format, it’s clear to see at a glance what you should be focusing your attention on and when, so you can ensure that nothing vital gets missed!
Our Revision Timetable template is broken down into time slots for you to revise different topics, along with built-in breaks. This is because having regular breaks is essential for keeping you motivated. You also have the ability to add your revision topics as moveable and editable tasks. This means that you can easily add start and due dates (including times) to each task, so you can be as specific as you need to when determining when you will commit to revising each subject or topic.
You can also add more detail to your plan and ensure that everything you need is in one place by attaching documents, images, notes, comments, checklists, and tags to every individual task in your revision timetable.
Customizing your tasks with distinctive cover images and emojis will also act as helpful visual cues, which can help your brain to make associations and remember more information. In fact, the brain processes visual information 60,000 times faster than text!
If you’re studying multiple subjects or topics, it can be easy to become overwhelmed when it comes to creating an effective revision plan that you will stick to. By using our premade template in Ayoa, you can avoid the worry of not knowing where to begin by planning what topics you will be revising each day, and even set dedicated start dates, due dates, and timeframes to each task to determine how much time you’ll be spending on each topic. This will help you to ensure that everything is covered. Ayoa even enables you to set helpful reminders so you can stick to your schedule!
Another benefit of using our Revision Timetable template is that its simple, visual format enables you to see everything you’ve planned to revise and what you will be studying each day at a glance. You can also use the colorful importance, urgency and progress indicators to indicate which subjects should be your biggest priorities and how knowledgeable you feel about each one.
