Did you see? We’ve updated our pricing plans to enable our users to choose the option that best suits them and their team – so you have more flexibility over the features you need in Ayoa. This includes our brand new Ayoa Ultimate plan, which is bursting with fresh and powerful features to help you work smarter and make collaborating with your team easier than ever before!
At Ayoa, we know that everyone works differently and that the perfect solution for one individual or team may not be the same for another. This is why we’ve launched our new Pro and Ultimate plans – to give our users more flexibility around which plan they choose. With Ayoa constantly growing and developing, we want to ensure that everyone is able to pick their plan based on the features they actually want and need.
If you already have a paid Ayoa plan, then you may be wondering what this means for you. If this is the case, don’t worry – nothing will change! You’ll still pay the same, and you’ll still have access to the same features that you already know and enjoy using every day. We’ll also be continuing to develop exciting new features for your plan – so there’s plenty of updates to look out for in the future.
In fact, we still have plenty of tricks up our sleeves – and as Ayoa grows and matures, we will continue to add new features to each of our plans going forward. Keep an eye on our Roadmap for more information!
Love Ayoa and want access to everything it can offer? Then our new Ultimate Plan is the one for you. Ayoa Ultimate has arrived with three powerful new features which are perfect for teams of all shapes and sizes – including those that work remotely. With the introduction of Team Pulse, User Groups and Live Share, you can organize the users in your plan by department so you can communicate with multiple people with ease, present your work to others directly in Ayoa, and ensure that you’re always kept in the loop of what everyone is working on, no matter where they’re located.

Keep track of your daily goals and create your own digital office with the Team Pulse dashboard in Ayoa. Get a quick snapshot of what everyone in your Ayoa plan is working on and what they want to achieve each day, as well as give them a central hub to share their latest news. With the ability to add comments and send attachments directly in the dashboard, you can quickly get answers to any questions you have, give a team member some extra motivation to help them finish a tricky task, or simply thank them for a job well done!
Work in a large company that spans multiple departments? With new User Groups, you can easily organize everyone in your plan by the team they work in, so you can quickly find the person you need! With the ability to tag entire teams in Ayoa Chat, comments on tasks, Mind Map branches, and more, you can quickly grab the attention of multiple people at once and ensure that everyone is kept on the same page.
Created a Mind Map bursting with great ideas that you want to talk through with others? Maybe you’ve put together a great project plan in a Task Board and want to explain it in more detail to the rest of your team? Ayoa’s Live Share feature enables you to take control of a shared Mind Map or Task Board, so you can present your work to multiple people alongside a video call and make edits in real-time that everyone can see. This ensures that every user is kept up-to-date with the latest plans and that nothing gets left to the wayside!
