OpenGenius Ltd is committed to operating responsibly and reducing the environmental impact associated with our activities, technology infrastructure and wider value chain.
As a technology organisation, we recognise the role that digital businesses play in supporting the transition towards a lower-carbon economy. We are committed to continuous improvement, responsible resource use and reducing greenhouse gas emissions in line with recognised climate science and best-practice principles.
Our long-term ambition is to achieve net zero emissions across our value chain by 2040, subject to continued measurement, emissions reduction and alignment with recognised frameworks, including the principles established by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol.
We recognise that achieving genuine net zero requires prioritising emissions reduction, particularly across our supply chain, before considering credible approaches for addressing unavoidable residual emissions.

This baseline will support future reduction targets and allow us to monitor progress transparently.
Current estimates indicate that our annual emissions are relatively low compared with more traditional organisations, reflecting our digital operating model and limited physical footprint. These estimates will continue to be refined as improved measurement data becomes available.
