As the DSA Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Ayoa customers who are eligible under the DSA scheme. We are looking for someone with experience in selling or training software under this scheme to ensure we provide the best possible assistance to our users.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Assist customers who are eligible under the DSA scheme, guiding them through the process of purchasing and using our mind mapping and task management tools.
  • Provide training and support to both educators and students, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilise our software to enhance their learning experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and research teams to develop strategies that showcase the value of our tools for individuals eligible under the DSA scheme.
  • Research and identify key industry events and opportunities to promote our solutions, both in the UK and overseas.
  • Attend events as a representative of OpenGenius, engaging with attendees, presenting our solutions, and building brand awareness and credibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education technology and the DSA scheme, ensuring our support remains relevant and engaging.
  • Ensuring that the company continues with its obligations to remain listed as a DSA approved supplier.
  • Works with Needs Assessors and end Users to gain feedback to allow the continual improvement and promotion of the solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Ideally experience in selling or training software under the Disabled Student Allowance scheme.
  • Solid organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for education, technology, and innovation, with a commitment to driving positive change within the industry.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to attend appropriate events.
