Ayoa’s SWOT Analysis template helps you analyze your company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats so you can easily identify what factors to focus on.
A SWOT Analysis stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. This simple framework allows you to identify internal and external factors that may impact your business strategy.
Strengths and weaknesses are your internal factors, which means they include things like your marketing strategy, employees or the location of your business. Opportunities and threats encompass any external factors, such as consumer trends, market fluctuations or competition.
A SWOT Analysis can be used to help you be more strategic in your planning and make more justified decisions in multiple situations, whether you’re looking to develop a stronger business strategy, launch a new product or identify new opportunities for your company.
The SWOT Analysis framework is simple to understand, yet it’s a powerful way to help you easily hone in on the areas that you should focus on. It encourages you to look at the bigger picture while also identifying more specific factors that can help you reduce the likelihood of failure in your endeavors.
Our SWOT Analysis template is broken down into four color-coded quadrants that represent your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, ready for you to fill in. Simply follow the steps below to get started:

What makes you stand apart from others in your market or industry?
Next, add your weaknesses. What internal factors can you improve on? What do your competitors do better? What do others perceive as your weaknesses?
Now, move onto your external factors and add any potential opportunities you can explore. What trends or conditions may positively impact you? What tools are out there that you could use to your advantage?
Finally, list any potential threats facing your company that could negatively impact your success. Consider your weaknesses and what impact these will have on the threats you face.
