“An absolutely brilliant brain energizer”. Discover OpenGenius’ Online Innovative Thinking Masterclass
You may remember at the start of July, we held the first of our online Inspire Innovation events. As well as this workshop, our 3-part Innovative Thinking Masterclass is also available online (and now available with CPD Accreditation), with our first course being hosted a few weeks ago by Coach and Facilitator, Liz Oseland.
Consisting of three two-hour online sessions, the Innovative Thinking Masterclass was a great opportunity for our delegates to grow their skills remotely and engage in some interesting discussions to help them challenge their thinking.
During the first session of the masterclass, we reflected on the delegates’ individual Functional Creativity Test results and what that means to them and their organisations. It also introduced how you can get into the right mindset for fostering innovation and identifying the habits that are holding you back. Session two then focused on the importance of Defining the Problem at the beginning of the innovation process, while the final session of the masterclass concluded by exploring effective brainstorming techniques for diversity of thought.
The feedback we had from the end of the masterclass was fantastic and we’d like to thank Liz Oseland, once again, for delivering an engaging, inspiring and thought-provoking masterclass!
CPD Accreditation
By taking part in our Innovative Thinking Masterclass, you can now gain CPD points towards your formal CPD requirements for your professional body, institute or employer. The masterclass equates to 6 hours of CPD and you will receive a certificate of completion which can be used as evidence in a CPD audit.
