We understand that some tasks are personal ones – your Planner is only visible to you, meaning you have the flexibility to plan any miscellaneous actions that don’t quite fit into your projects.

We also introduced a refreshed layout of your tasks with Workflow View, making it easier for you to see and evaluate your work within the DropTask [Ayoa] interface. Being able to view your tasks in a clear way helps you keep track of your work and by introducing Workflow View, you can organise your tasks in a structure that’s easy for you to manage.

Boost morale with Achievements and Congratulations

DropTask [Ayoa] is all about people. Whether you’re working on your own tasks, or teaming up with colleagues to complete a project, we wanted to give you the features to make your DropTask [Ayoa] experience more personal and engaging.

You work hard on your tasks, so it’s good to take time to recognize what you’ve accomplished. We believe it’s important to celebrate your wins, however big or small, so you can stay motivated to reach your ultimate goals. With the introduction of Achievements, we brought a spark of joy to your work by notifying you when you hit major milestones. A fun way to boost your spirits, the more tasks you complete, the closer you are to reaching your next celebration.

You can now also give your team that extra spark of motivation by congratulating them on a job well done with our Congratulations feature. With the simple click of a button, you can sprinkle your colleagues’ completed tasks with a shower of celebratory confetti. We all need a little boost from time to time, and Congratulations is the high-five you can give to keep your team happy and motivated to succeed. You can also inject a little fun to your discussions with colleagues with our Emoji reactions feature.
