Managing multiple projects simultaneously with Mind Mapping: case study from RMI

This case study celebrates the simplicity of Mind Mapping in the workplace, with Craig Schiller giving an insight into how Mind Mapping has benefited the Rocky Mountain Institute. The Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) is an independent non-profit organization, with offices across America and in Beijing. Its primary goal is to create a clean and secure low-carbon future. Mr Schiller is an Associate within the company, whose work focuses on scaling energy efficiency within the commercial building sector.
As an Associate, Mr Schiller is part of a team working on RMI’s new office building in Colorado. Responsible for coordinating the design team and tracking its progress, Mr Schiller needed a tool that would condense his thoughts, leaving them in one accessible place. This is where Mind Mapping came in.

Using the Gantt Chart feature allowed Mr Schiller to switch between his project Mind Maps and his task list without losing any time or vital information.
