“I first came to Ayoa looking for a management tool – the visual nature of Ayoa makes it perfect for senior staff looking to see how their teams are working at a glance. Personally, I do this in workflow – I have a category for every manager I work with.

The drag and drop functionality makes moving jobs and handling shifting priorities super easy. It’s caught on quickly, and everyone is using it in different ways (which is part of the beauty of Ayoa). Our managers are using it for their 1-2-1s and keeping track of their team’s progress.

The flexibility of Ayoa is an integral part of what makes it special – different projects work better in different views. The option to see work data visually or in linear columns is a very powerful feature, in fact it’s critical. What I like about Ayoa is that it’s easy to use, visual and flexible. That’s the core part of the app, plus it has all those extra things in one place which make life easier, from file attachments to task comments. It’s very intuitive.

I think another thing that’s worth mentioning is that it’s also quite sexy. We’re in a multi-generational workplace, and for the younger generations coming in, the software we use is important. They drive what tools we use in many ways and Ayoa reflects how they like to work.

I might be using Ayoa primarily to keep track of my teams, but I’m already hearing how younger team members are starting to play with the Mind Mapping features to get creative in meetings.
