Improvements to DropTask project invites

Previously, when inviting a friend or colleague to a DropTask project, you had to wait for them to accept before they could be assigned to tasks.
We’ve now changed this so that invitees are added to a project immediately as pending members. Pending members are clearly shown in the project sidebar with a ‘P’ on their avatar (this is removed once they accept the invite).
If you invite someone new to DropTask via an email address, we use the first letter of their email address as their avatar. Once they join this will update to their initials (or a picture once they upload it).
