Here at DropTask we appreciate that there are times when a simple list view of your tasks may be useful – perhaps for printing as a handout for a meeting.

With this in mind, we have implemented one of our top feature requests – export to CSV. Once exported, the CSV file can be opened in spreadsheet software where it can easily be formatted/sorted however you wish. We have also included export to JSON for users that want a complete local backup of a project.

To export a project, simply click the project options cog and select ‘Export Project’.

You will then be able to choose your desired export format.

CSV export includes completed tasks, but not archived groups and their contents. JSON export includes all project data, including archived groups and their contents.
