Chris puts process before technology and is constantly helping others understand that bad technology can destroy clarity of thinking. The majority of mind mapping tools and productivity tools focus on features, a not good process, and wrongly assume the aim is to help people get things done faster. Doing things faster is completely useless if you end up doing the wrong things. This is why he created Ayoa.
